Pond Creek-Hunter Public Schools (PC-H) is opening pre-enrollment for pre-kindergarten (pre-K) students. Families of children who will be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2025, simply need to fill out and submit an online form to complete their child’s pre-enrollment.

This process is only pre-enrollment for our pre-K program. Pre-enrollment allows the district to plan appropriately for the upcoming school year. Information about our transfer policy for out-of-district families is available at https://www.pondcreek-hunter.k12.ok.us/page/transfers
Families will be asked to provide the documentation listed below for full enrollment at a later date, but before school starts.

• Proof of address
• Telephone number

Reminder tonight at parent teacher conference there will be a concurrent enrollment meeting starting at 5:30 for all next years Juniors and Seniors. We encourage anyone who is interested to come tonight. Colleges will be there to answer any questions you may have.

Reminder we will have a concurrent enrollment meeting at the parent teacher conference this Wed Feb 5th starting at 5:30. There will be some colleges there to answer any questions you may have.
HS students who plan to attend Autry Career Tech. next year as high school students are scheduled to take the ACCUPLACER test at Autry on February 5th beginning at 8:30 A.M. Students will need to eat breakfast before arriving to school, be ready to leave school by 8:00, and will return to school by approximately 11:30. Transportation will be provided.
Students who are unable to test of February 5th are responsible for contacting bkusch@autrytech.edu to make arrangements.

There will be a representative from NWOSU at the high school on February 3rd at 2:00 and a representative from NOC on February 13th at 2:00 to discuss general college information with seniors. There will be a follow up meeting with those college representatives on April 3rd at 2:00 at the high school to assist students with enrolling in courses. Parents are welcome to attend. FAFSA will need to be submitted prior to enrollment.

Saturdays HS games will be in Hennessy starting at 6pm with the girls followed by the boys. Admission will be $10 a person.
