I am clarifying about the 4 passes that each basketball player will receive. The player's coach will give the 4 passes to each player. It is the responsibility of the player and/or parents/guardians to decide who will receive each individual pass. Each individual that wishes to attend a session, 5/6 or 7/8 or High School, must present the pass at the gate and then purchase a ticket to enter. There are different passes for each session and an individual will need a different pass for each session they wish to attend. Lost passes will not be honored.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but the Governor's Executive order dictates the number of individuals that may attend games.
This is the second message:
• Teachers & Staff
o Masks are mandatory for all school employees. This includes all school sponsored activities. The only exceptions are: outdoor LiiNK breaks, when a teacher/staff member is in their classroom/office alone, or when a teacher is teaching at the front of their classroom and is able to have 6 feet of distance from the front row of students.
• Students who the Oklahoma State Department of Health have placed in isolation or quarantine will be transitioned to distance learning.
• When attendance for a building site (MS or HS) or grade level (Elementary) drops below 80%, that site/grade will transition to distance learning. There will be no extracurricular activities during this time.
• When a site does not have enough teachers/staff to operate safely, that site will go to distance learning. Extracurricular activities may still continue in this case.
The following two messages the current changes to PC-H Covid-19 Plan:
• Masks are mandatory for all school occupants in communal areas including buses and sports facilities (except during active practice).
• PK-4 students

o Students will continue to follow their normal class schedule and change classes.
o Increased sanitation by students. They will wipe down desks upon entering and leaving each class.
o Students will be seated alphabetically and have seating charts in all classrooms.
o Students will be seated alphabetically and have seating charts in the cafeteria.
o Sports will continue. They will follow all guidelines from the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Governor’s Executive Order. Only four people for each basketball player may attend games. Spectators must have a signed pass to be admitted to the games. Spectators will need to socially distance in family units. Masks will be required. The gym will be emptied between 5/6 and 7/8 and also between 7/8 and High School games.
The PC-H Board of Education voted to transition to distance learning for the first week after Christmas Break for all grade levels in an attempt to prevent possible spread of Covid-19 after out of town travel during the Christmas Holiday weekend. Also, they voted to require masks to be worn by all students, employees, and visitors in all buildings. There are other changes to the Covid-19 Plan and I will notify you when the updated Plan is available for viewing on the school website.
