All Transfer Students will need to fill out transfer papers for their students for the 2023-2024 School Year. You can come up to the school and pick those papers up at any time or you can go on the Pond Creek-Hunter Webpage under Documents and then Parents and open the link that says transferring from another district. On that page if you click print it here it will pull up the transfer paper that is needed. Print that and send it here or you can email it to sdavis@pondcreek-hunter.k12.ok.us
Blue library notices were sent home with students on Wednesday. Fines do not accrue during holiday breaks so all fines reflect charges from before Christmas break. Please remember that all library late fines and lost book charges must be paid before report cards will be released. Thank you for supporting the PC-H Library.
For those who pick up students from the south side of school at the end of the day, the pick up location will be moved to the WEST PLAYGROUND GATE in front of the new gym to accommodate funeral traffic. It will be helpful if traffic moves from south to north. Thank you for your understanding.

There will be no order ahead for lunch tomorrow 12/20. On the menu is beef nachos, refried beans, and fruit.
The PCH Christmas Program has been rescheduled for the morning of Tuesday, Dec 20. Elem will begin at 9:45. MS/HS will begin at 10:45. The program will be broadcasted live for those unable to attend.
The PCH Book Club will not meet tomorrow morning. Mrs. McReynolds will reschedule for a later date.
