At Pond Creek-Hunter, our goal is to develop students who understand the need to be lifelong learners. We understand that present day technology is constantly changing and our students must be adept at changing as well. Our goal is to make our classroom environments more collaborative and to prepare students for today’s challenges.  We want our students to learn in relevant, real world contexts. To achieve these objectives, we are implementing a 1:1 computing initiative both at the middle school and high school level.

Our 1:1 computing initiative places the student at the center of the teaching and learning experience. The opportunity for one-to-one access facilitates student problem-solving, project-based learning, critical thinking, and global awareness. Access to information is literally in the palm of their hands.

We are excited about our students, faculty and all of the changes that continue to take place at Pond Creek-Hunter.
